I am currently a Resident Manager for condominium on the upper west side of Manhattan. I am responsible for immediate needs of the building operations including maintenance, repairs, staff supervision, capital improvement, and much more. During my career, I have had extensive experience with responding to emergencies and working under pressure. In addition, I have had to address and manage floods, power outages, a complete gas outage, bedbug infestations, and more. I have had to supervise/coordinate boiler replacements, elevator replacements, lobby renovations, sidewalk replacement, roof replacement, and local law 11 repairs. I have also coordinated and/or performed preventative maintenance as required throughout my career. I developed high quality standards and routinely monitor the building’s effectiveness, efficiency, and conditions. I have submitted reports regularly to management and the board of managers/directors. I am in search of a Resident Manager position that utilizes my extensive Resident Manager/Superintendent experience.

I was the Handyman/Assistant Resident Manager at a Cooperative Apartment Building in Greenwich Village with over 260 units.
